COVID-19: Tips for Staying
1.Wash your hands! (In public places, when you come home, before you eat, after you eat, after coughing, after toilet, everywhere and anytime)
2.Wear face masks in high populated areas (preferably N95 or medical surgical mask).
3.Reduce contact with people! Practice social-distancing.
4.Always be careful when you are out. Avoid touching your face. Remember the virus does not discriminate!
5.Minimize unnecessary trips.
6.Ration food and supplies.
7.Disinfect clothing, cellphones, and keys with at least 70% alcohol.
8.Cover your nose and mouth with your inner elbow clothing or a tissue when coughing or sneezing.
9.Wash and/or use sanitizer after immediately after any respiratory secretions.
10.Watch out for these symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, chest tightness, dyspnea, fatigue, nausea, and vomiting, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, muscle soreness, etc.
