Returns/Exchanges/ Cancellations



Poetic Curves ( wants to provide you with the best customer experience possible. We value your customer experience and your relationship. We do our best to make sure that the products you receive are accurate. For this reason we have set forth policy for our cancellations/returns/exchanges.



Buyer-Initiated Cancellations

The buyer has approximately 6 hours to cancel an order after it has been placed. After this time, all orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Our suppliers cannot cancel so neither can Poetic Curves.


Guidelines to your return

*Merchandise should be returned with tags attached, original package and receipt.

No custom items made by our designers shall be returned, this includes items listed or viewed on

For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept exchanges or returns of earrings, cosmetics, panties, lingerie sets, tights, shapewear, waist trainers,  or similar intimate items or undergarment items, hair extension (bundles, single bundles, multi-bundles with closure, bundles with no closure, wigs, wig clips or any other in hair extension category. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, nor refund.

Updated 7/16/2019- Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can it be approved for return, exchange, nor store credit. Store credit will not be given to final sale or clearance items. Refunds will not be given for final sale or clearance items. No exceptions.

Updated 7/16/2019- Customers must submit return requests within 7 business days of receiving item or items (this is usually determined through courier confirmation). All requests for returns must be sent to or by form on our website under contact us. Upon approval, Returns must be sent within 7 business days from date of approval and are subject to a 15% stocking fee. Poetic Curves does not provide return shipping labels. Return shipping is solely at the buyer’s expense.

Effective 7/24/2019- All approved return items will be issued in the form of store credit only (no refunds).

Approval for returns must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery confirmation by the carrier in original condition with absolutely no flaws. All orders that are returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping will be paid by the buyer, we do not refund shipping costs. All returns that have not been approved will be sent back to buyer at buyer’s expense.

Store Credit will be issued at the value of the returned item.

Exchanges will only be given if the item is in stock and the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Shipping exchanges must be paid for by the buyer. Poetic Curves will cover the cost to ship exchange back to the customer. (

If return is not approved prior to returning the item, item(s) will be shipped back a customer/buyer expense.
