We do our best to make sure that the products you receive are acurate. For this reason we have set forth policy for our returns/cancellation.
Once an order has been placed, it has entered the processing phase. During this phase and order, the order has been prepared for shipment (orders must be cancelled within the same business day of purchase). Anything after the “Processing Phase” is considered to be a return.
Guidelines to your return
*Merchandise should be returned with tags attached, original package and receipt.
No custom items made by our designers shall be returned, this includes items listed or viewed on poeticcurves.com.
For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept exchanges or returns of earrings, cosmetics, panties, lingerie sets, tights or similar intimate items, hair extension (bundles, single bundles, multi-bundles with closure, bundles with no closure, wigs, wig clips or any other in hair extension category. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit or refund.
Updated 7/16/2017- Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged, nor can it be approved for return, exchange, nor store credit. Store credit will not be given to final sale or clearance items. Refunds will not be given for final sale or clearance items. No exceptions.
Updated 7/16/2018- Customers must submit return requests within 2 business days of receiving item or items. All requests for returns must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, by form using our website under contact us, or by calling 662.292.8820 for instructions on your returns. Returns must be sent within 7 business days from date of approval.
Effective 7/24/2019- All approved return items will be issued in the form of store credit only (no refunds).
Returns can only be accepted in original condition only with absolutely no flaws within 14 business days from the date of delivery confirmation by the carrier, and must have went through the approval process. All orders that are returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping will be paid by the buyer, at the point, customers will be given store credit only. All returns that have not been approved will be sent back to buyer at buyer’s expense.
Store Credit will be issued only at the value of the returned item.
Exchanges will only be given if the item is in stock and the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Shipping exchanges must be paid for by the buyer and not by Poetic Curves (www.poeticcurves.com).
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to process all returns and exchanges.
